A planet is orbiting a red giant sun. On this Earth-like world, a civilization was born.
"The alien planet was rendered in Lightwave 8, the textures and the red star were made with Photoshop CS.
It is an odd image! The lights of the cities on the nightside are too big and too bright, the colors are cartoonish, the red giant star lacks detail and as you can see I do not like lens flares. But the final image looks intriguing to me!"
